Features

1. Journal

The Journal feature enables users to engage in self-reflection and self-expression through journaling. It provides a convenient and effortless way to document thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences.

2. Mood Board

The Mood Board feature allows users to share their latest insights, personal experiences, or connect with others. It provides a space for creativity and self-expression.

3. MindFuL Mentor

The MindFuL Mentor feature offers guidance and support from an AI-based therapist. It helps users navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence. Users can seek advice and assistance in dealing with various situations.

4. Meditate

The Meditate feature offers guided meditation sessions to help users reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance feelings of calm and relaxation. It provides a variety of meditation techniques and durations to cater to different needs.
